Final paper submissions (for accepted papers) will be published in the proceedings and must be received by April 20, 2008.- see (Style Guide).
SYMPOSIUM PRESENTATIONS:
To save time between presentations, we require that all presenters use the computer available at the podium and have your presentation in a standard MS PowerPoint format (no special fonts). Please have your presentation available on a CD or USB memory stick for uploading.
Please let Robert Gill know early if your presentation includes showing a video tape (so equipment can be available).
Please convert 35mm slides and overhead transparencies into your PowerPoint presentation.
If you absolutely must use "your" computer for your presentation (use of special software etc.), your talk will be scheduled after breaks, lunch etc. to facilitate the changeover. Changeover time will be included as part of your talk.
If you have any questions about your presentation, have special requests or you need assistance converting overhead transparencies or 35mm slides into PowerPoint format contact Robert Gill at rgill@csudh.edu. After your paper has been accepted, you will be contacted for confirmation on your specific AV needs for the talk.
POSTER PRESENTATIONS:
If you want to show off some of your work, please consider doing a poster paper.
Posters (3x4 foot in size) will be set up in the main hall for viewing with discussion during session breaks. All poster papers must be approved in advance by the Program Committee. Please email an abstract and sample images to the Program Committee.
